Many of our products are made from naturally dairy-free recipes. The exceptions will be our Dill Onion and Garlic Cheese breads, and any of our lemon-based products. 

Our cinnamon rolls, most muffins, cookies, brownies, and other breads are all dairy-free by design!

Most of our recipes do contain eggs, but we are able to substitute with a chia and water combination to mimic the qualities of eggs. Though we cannot guarantee the aesthetic quality of our items with the use of an egg substitute, we are happy to provide you delicious items with quality taste and flavor!

We understand that vegan can take many forms and so we offer completely vegan accommodations, including removing honey. Please let us know what your specific restrictions are so we can provide you with a product that meets your dietary needs.

The Paleolithic diet incorporates the use of whole foods with minimal processing and no grains or dairy, as well as GMO foods, processed sugars, and trans (manufactured) and vegetable (hydrogenated) oils.

Our only product that has a carbohydrate count is our Keto bread, which is a net 24g carbs per loaf. Our Keto loaf has a high egg count for a delicious savory flavor and healthy oils such as organic red palm oil and chia seeds to assist with controlling blood glucose levels (1,2).

We are able to substitute our organic cane sugars with various other sweeteners, but cannot guarantee carb count or rate of conversion of substitutes to sugar alcohols.

We ONLY use non-GMO corn in any and all of our products, but in the event you or a loved one have a sensitivity or intolerance to corn and corn products, we have a very simple swapped-substitute for our singular corn ingredient: corn starch. Simply let us know you would like to switch out these starches when placing your order!
